Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Carols Creations Store, operated by Carol’s Creations, LLC. We take pride in the quality of our apparel. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return process is designed to be clear and straightforward.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for your item.
2. Return Eligibility & Condition
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required.
3. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00 restocking fee).
4. Return Shipping Responsibility
- Remorse Returns (Sizing, Preference, Change of Mind): For standard returns where an item does not fit or you change your mind, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately at support@carolscreationstx.com or (254) 628-8788 with your order number and details. We will provide a free prepaid return shipping label and issue a full replacement or full refund.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected to confirm it meets our condition guidelines, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your banking institution to post the credit to your account.
6. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email our customer support team at support@carolscreationstx.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide the return authorization and instructions.
